The most important items of the day can be carried comfortably in the Maxi Jemma. This minimalist leather bag has nothing extra and yet everything you need. The bag is spacious in use, there are no separate pockets on the inside. The Maxi Jemma bag closes simply with a flap without a zipper or snap (both sides of the bag are the same length). The flap has enough length, the items travel safely and the bag is still easy to use. The bag is comfortable to carry thanks to the wide, adjustable strap. By removing the strap, the bag can be carried under the arm or in the hand as a clutch.

The bag is sewn with Finnish craftsmanship from deerskin. The insightful, reduced design of the bag brings out the unique material. The deerskin bag feels soft and authentic and will be with you for a long time. High-quality deerskin works great without a lining fabric, the back side of the through-dyed leather does not need to be hidden, the inside of the leather feels wonderful in use. Maxi Jemma brings a breath of forest magic to your every day.

The leather we use comes from elk that roam the forests of Pohjola. Moose leather is produced responsibly in Finland - moose are not killed for the sake of the skin. As a material, deerskin is dreamily soft. Genuine natural material is durable and remains beautiful year after year.

Care instructions
  • If the surface of the leather gets scratches or other marks during use, you can treat it with a colored leather care agent. When using a colored leather care product on a bag or purse, make sure the treated surface is completely dry and the surface is buffed with a soft cloth before applying the product to prevent it from staining your clothes.
  • However, we recommend treating and moisturizing a deerskin bag that has been in use for a longer period of time with a light leather care product. Thick cream conditioners should be avoided, as they may leave the leather surface sticky due to the structure of the deerskin.
  • Before treatment, clean the surface of the leather with a soft shoe brush. You should avoid unnecessary rubbing so that the surface of the leather is not scratched. Apply the conditioner to the surface of the leather with a soft cloth in gentle circular motions.
