Naku’s story started in Helsinki, Finland in 2020. The jewellery brand was founded by Mikaela Lindfors and Gillan Suvisaari. Currently, Naku is based in Tampere, where the new owners Sofia Putkonen and Helmi Kaihlanen are continuing Naku’s story.
The idea of Naku’s designs is that every piece of jewellery is individually designed and handcrafted in Finland. We wish to make jewellery that not only looks good but also tells a story. We only use upcycled pearls, beads and stones for our necklaces and bracelets. We wish our jewellery to last time so locks, chains and rings are made of gold-plated silver or gold-plated copper.
