The Detsku ankle socks are made of a cotton blend and feature one large Vihkiruusu pattern flower and the Marimekko logo. The socks are made of stretchy rib knit.
The product contains 62% organic cotton.
Vihkiruusu was created at a time when floral patterns were rarely seen in Marimekko’s collections. However, Maija Isola was interested in floral themes and decided to design an entire series of bold, new floral patterns. In addition to Vihkiruusu, that series also included Unikko.
