All Caps are knitted by hand here in Pöytä on the needles of the local Caps. The unique wool yarn comes from local, organic Finnish sheep. It is also dyed by hand using natural dyes. Here at the farm, everything is genuine and original, and Pöytyä is known to be no focal point of the fashion world. It's really cool here, mostly in winter, and maybe that's why the local ladies know how to weave the world's finest Hats.
A hat is completely different from a beanie, because the headgear breathes, repels dirt and moisture, and makes its wearer glow. And the hair doesn't fall flat either.
