The return cost of €6.90 will be deducted 
from the refund.

We will refund the price of the products 
within 7 days of the returned items arriving at our store. 

The price is always refunded to the payment method used in the original order. 

If you chose an invoice, the refund will be credited
to the invoice. 

Please note that in this case, the return cost 
of €6.90 will remain payable on the invoice.

Finland:

Exchanges are completely free for the customer 
once (1) per order in 14 days. 

If you want to exchange a product, please notify us by 
email at info@kurestore.fi so we can reserve the 
exchange product for you and send it once the 
original product has been returned to our store. 

Note! Please also write the details of the exchange 
products on the return form included in the package!

• For uncollected shipments, we reserve the 
  right to charge for shipping and return 
  costs (€15.00) unless otherwise agreed.

An exchange for a product of a different price 
is also possible:

• For a more expensive product, the customer 
  pays the difference.
• For a cheaper product, the difference 
  is refunded as a gift card.
  
• The right to exchange and return does 
  not apply to sale items or swimwear for 
  hygiene reasons.

• Returns for products purchased in-store are refunded as a gift card.
• The right to exchange and return

• You can exchange a gift with a gift receipt or the 
  original receipt.
• If you want to return the product, the refund 
  will be issued as a gift card.
• During the Christmas season, an 
  extended exchange period applies
