Your order can arrive as early as the next day!
We dispatch orders to Posti by 1 PM on every weekday. Delivery times by method are:
- Post package to automaton/service point - 1-3 days
- Kotipaketti (Home package) - 1-3 business days
- Pikkupaketti Ovelle (to the door) - 3-5 business days
- Kirje (Letter) - 4-10 business days
Do return cost?
Returning costs 6,90€ in finland.
Please contact us for international return.
Where do we ship?
Every order is delivered from our store in Oulu, Finland.
Exchange and return (online store)
Finland: Products purchased online have a 14-day exchange and return policy.
Please fill out the return form included with your order.
Return the package using the Helposti code or
take it to a Posti counter.
We will refund the money within 7 days of the package
arriving at our store.
You can return an online purchase by mail or directly
to the store.
International: Please contact us!
I want to return
Finland: Return your package easily at:

return it to the Posti counter with the following details:

Get a receipt for the return and keep it
until the returned package has arrived
at our store.
The return cost of €6.90 will be deducted
from the refund.
We will refund the price of the products
within 7 days of the returned items arriving at our store.
The price is always refunded to the payment method used in the original order.
If you chose an invoice, the refund will be credited
to the invoice.
Please note that in this case, the return cost
of €6.90 will remain payable on the invoice.
I want to change product
Finland:
Exchanges are completely free for the customer
once (1) per order in 14 days.
If you want to exchange a product, please notify us by
email at info@kurestore.fi so we can reserve the
exchange product for you and send it once the
original product has been returned to our store.
Note! Please also write the details of the exchange
products on the return form included in the package!
Send the product to be exchanged according to
these instructions:

You can also return the package to the Posti
counter with the following details:

Get a receipt for the return and keep it until the
returned package has arrived

We will send the exchange product once the
returned item has arrived.
Returning terms
- The 14day return policy also applies to online orders where
you choose store pickup and payment. - Returned products must be defect-free, unused, and in their original packaging.
- The original delivery fee will be refunded if the
customer returns the entire online order. - The return cost of €6.90 will be deducted from the
final refund amount. - For uncollected shipments, we reserve the
right to charge for shipping and return
costs (€15.00) unless otherwise agreed.

14 day exchange time. Return will be made on giftcard.
I want to change product
An exchange for a product of a different price
is also possible:
- For a more expensive product, the customer
pays the difference. - For a cheaper product, the difference
is refunded as a gift card. - The right to exchange and return does
not apply to sale items or swimwear for
hygiene reasons.
I want to return
- Returns for products purchased in-store are refunded as a gift card.
- The right to exchange and return
does not apply to sale items or swimwear
for hygiene reasons.
Changing a gift
- You can exchange a gift with a gift receipt or the
original receipt. - If you want to return the product, the refund
will be issued as a gift card. - During the Christmas season, an
extended exchange period applies
to gifted items.
