Gift cards
Can I buy a gift card from you?
Yes you can! The gift card can be purchased either electronically or physically.
In the store, you can freely decide the value of the gift card yourself, the online store has pre-defined values. Send us a message if you want to buy a gift card online for a different amount!
How long is the gift card valid for?
The gift card is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Can the gift card be used in parts?
Yes, it can be used in parts! You can see the remaining balance in your customer account if the gift card has been purchased in your email. In the store, we record the remaining balance on the gift card.
How do I use a gift card in the online store?
Enter the gift card code in the "Discount code or gift card" section during checkout.
The gift card does not work in the online store!
When entering a gift card, you got an error: "Enter a valid discount code or gift card"?
Our e-commerce platform changed in October 2024 and the new platform requires an 8-character gift card ID. We had to add two zeros, i.e. -00, to the end of the original gift cards.
At checkout, add -00 or -01 after the gift card and try again.
If the gift card still doesn't work, contact us and we'll investigate!
Store
Where is your store located?
Our store is located in the heart of Oulu, on the 1st floor of Kauppakortteli Pekur.
The people of Oulu immediately like our location when they tell us that we are where Stockmann used to be!
You have a great store, did you design it yourself?
Our store in Pekur opened in June 2022. The exterior of the store was designed and decorated together with YO ZEN Architects. The furniture for us was built by Johns Woodwork, a carpenter from Oulu.
The store's sofas and the lamp above the cash desk are from the Finnish company Hakola.
How old is Kure?
Kure's store opened in April 2017. At that time, we were still studying at Oulu University of Applied Sciences. The idea of owning our own store arose when we were oriented towards entrepreneurship at school.
In 2022, we moved the location of the store from Hallituskatu to the heart of Oulu, Kauppakortteli Pekur.
