Description
It is said that the mist maidens are the daughters of the dawn and the twilight. On summer nights, they rise from the mist of ponds and meadows when the night dew is heaviest and the birds have fallen silent. Their hair is woven with dewdrops, their dresses are fashioned by the wind from silver strands, and their bare feet leave no traces upon the grass. The mist maidens dance in a circle, vanishing and reappearing, whispering their secrets over the pond so quietly that the surface of the water remains mirror-still. If you stop to listen, you can make out a melody resembling a hymn, as if the earth and water themselves were singing along with them. If you happen upon the mist maidens' dance, you may feel a delicate, fleeting caress on your cheek and hear a message in your mind that you cannot remember, yet which lingers in your heart, a gift from the ancient depths of nature. The first rays of the sun scatter the maidens back into water droplets and the meadow appears empty once more, but its dew glimmers, as if in gratitude for the secret.
The jewelry comes with an elegant jewelry box, and this story can also be found on the inside of the lid.
