Creams, perfumes and e.g. hair sprays can form a layer on the surface of your jewelry that prevents your jewelry from shining.

Store the jewelry in an airtight bag in the dark. This method of storage minimizes the tarnishing of silver, because in an airtight package, the silver sulphide layer that causes tarnishing cannot form so easily on the surface of the jewelry. For example, use small airtight minigrip bags to store your jewelry.

You can clean the earrings with a silver cleaning cloth. Hox: The cloth is not for cleaning the pearl!
