The starting shot and passion for working with chocolate began in 2008.
Our first company at the time together with my wife: Ravintola Koksi was a lunch and party service company, the name of which our daughter came up with when she was 4 years old.
The first product orders went to certain restaurants and cafes, and I had the honor of preparing e.g. Martti Ahtisaari's Nobel prize tar convehti of the Oulu folk festival.
The birth of Chokoks takes place at the end of 2015, part of the name still carries that four-year-old insight.
