Never Too Lake

It was the beginning of 2019 and I had just moved back to my birthplace on the edge of Saimaa.

Behind were design studies in Hämeenlinna and work as a textile designer in Helsinki.

I felt that I was on the verge of something new, but I still didn't know what the future would bring.

When I returned to my home base, I found myself always going to a beach where the sunsets are the most beautiful I've ever seen.

I returned to this beach night after night to admire the sunsets and feel the fresh air.

To breathe.

Another source of inspiration was found in the garden of my childhood home.

The smell of flowers, the lack of urgency and the beauty around me made me jump inside.

My notebook started to fill up with jewelry ideas and Never Too Lake was born.

Almost like by itself.
