Lyocell is a cellulose conversion fiber made from wood pulp. As a material, it is similar to viscose, but it is made with a more environmentally friendly manufacturing process that requires less energy and harmful chemicals. The manufacturing process takes place in a closed cycle, which means that all the chemicals used can be used again and again.

Lyocell is a strong and durable fiber. When dry, it is the strongest cellulose fiber - even stronger than cotton or linen! Lyocell feels soft against the skin, it is absorbent and stays fresh much longer than cotton - So multiple uses between washes are possible. This means less washing and therefore it saves water and energy.

The color may come off the product before the first wash, so we recommend a start-up wash before the first use. The product is washed with clothes of the same color according to the washing instructions in the product.
