Apila earrings are made from domestic, printed birch plywood and enameled details are embedded in them, which are made in our own studio in Mikkeli. Enameling is a thousands-year-old craft technique of which we are one of the few skilled craftsmen in Finland. The combination of shiny enamel and soft wood creates an exciting dialogue between the materials.

Care instructions

The passive film on the surface of the steel prevents the release of the ingredients in the metal in contact with the skin. The passive film also repairs itself if it gets scratched during use.
